I am not sure if it was a stylistic choice, but her neck seems much to thick for the female anatomy. You could push the shading a little bit more and it does not seem like there is a clear light source. To help me, I usually draw a little dot on my comp with arrows acting as the rays of light and use that as a reference when doing my shading. Perhaps that could be helpful to you!
